Your reservation will be refunded:
100% up to 14 days of your arrival
50% up to 7 days of your arrival
No refond les than 7 days of your arrival
HOUSE RULES
-We are proud to offer you a smoke-free home, everywhere in the villa. The emergency exists are used for emergencies only, NOT for smoking . An alarm will ring when the emergency door is opened. A $200 penalty fee will be charged for smoking anywhere inside the Villa.
-No animals
-Parties are not allowed in this establishment
-No excessive noise after 11:00 p.m.
-No third party bookings.
-No additional guests who are not included in the reservation.
-Rates are double occupancy. Subject to availability, additional guest fee of $ 17 per day, per additional guest, up to 4 guests total.
-No food or drink (except for water) in the bedrooms.
-Do not throw anything in the toilet.
-Please return the premises to the condition in which you found them. Please wash and store the dishes in the cupboard.
-The departure time is fixed at 11:00 a.m. It is very important to respect this schedule out of respect for future travelers. You may be charged a late fee of $ 50. For a delay exceeding 2 hours, the fee will be $ 100. This suite is in a non-smoking house that we live in. A charge of $ 200 per day may be added if you smoke in the accommodation.
